These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoseIQ mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by DoseIQ ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading the app or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use DoseIQ. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of DoseIQ, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Not create accounts for others without their permission
- Not share your account credentials with others
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
DoseIQ offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly ($12.99/month), quarterly ($29.99/quarter), or annual ($69.99/year) basis, billed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as they become due
- Allow Apple to charge your payment method on file
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are handled by Apple pursuant to their refund policies. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Free Trial
New users receive a 10-day free trial of Pro features. Only one free trial per Apple ID. After the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DoseIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive files
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the Service to track medications for another person without their consent
- Share, sell, or sublicense your account or subscription
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the Service to provide medical advice to others as a medical professional
5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: DoseIQ IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The content in DoseIQ — including peptide dosing guides, calculators, protocol suggestions, and any other health information — is for informational and tracking purposes ONLY. This information:
- Does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Should NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical advice
- Should NOT be relied upon for dosing decisions without consulting a healthcare professional
- May not be accurate, complete, or current for your specific situation
Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting any new medication, peptide, or health protocol. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information in DoseIQ.
Many peptides referenced in DoseIQ are research chemicals not approved by the FDA for human use. DoseIQ does not endorse, recommend, or encourage the use of any unapproved substance. Use of research chemicals carries significant legal and health risks.
6. Intellectual Property
DoseIQ and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the "DoseIQ" name and marks — are the exclusive property of DoseIQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into DoseIQ (your dose logs, health metrics, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your personal health data.
7. Privacy
Your use of DoseIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any errors will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOSEIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoseIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any health or medical decisions you make based on information in the app.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
You may terminate your account at any time from app Settings → Account → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid subscription fees.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in English.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. App Store Terms
Your use of DoseIQ on Apple devices is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for DoseIQ and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoseIQ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
